The CETI Team revealed the emerging elements of the draft State Energy Strategy for the transportation, buildings, industrial, and electricity sectors at the September 15 Advisory Committee meeting.  The team spent the summer interviewing Advisory Committee members and local and national experts to answer the questions that the framing documents posed and reading well over 200 studies and reports on policies and actions to drive the rapid decarbonization that our climate challenge requires.
