CETI supported Western Washington University’s (WWU) Center for Economic and Business and Research on a Washington Refinery Study for the Department of Commerce.

Specifically, CETI worked on an employment analysis of Washington’s refineries. The study assessed how the oil refining market and industry in Washington might change over time under different scenarios, including real-world expected changes in product demand and raw materials availability, and in the context of mandated state decarbonization targets.
